📦 Made-to-Order Production

All items sold by Ulfhednar Design are made to order.
This means your artwork is created specifically for you after your order is placed.

Production Time:

  • Physical products (prints & framed artwork):
    2–4 business days

  • Digital downloads:
    Delivered instantly after purchase (no shipping required)

Production time is separate from shipping time.


🚚 Shipping Destinations

We currently ship exclusively to:

  • United States

  • Canada

Orders outside these regions are not accepted at this time.


⏱ Estimated Shipping Times

Once production is complete, orders are shipped with trusted carriers.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States:
    2–5 business days

  • Canada:
    5–10 business days

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or holidays.

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers are outside our control.


📍 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after shipment, as carriers may not scan packages immediately.


💥 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will gladly arrange a free replacement or refund when applicable.


💰 Customs & Duties (Canada)

For Canadian orders:

  • Customs fees, import taxes, or duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

  • Shipping times do not include production time.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by:

    • Carrier issues

    • Weather conditions

    • Customs processing

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses may result in delays or returned packages.
